Tips on buying light fittings on the Internet
1. Size and colour are hard to judge from the images. Indeed colour varies from screen to screen and the angle of vision. Please read the full description and statistics of your short listed choices carefully.
2. Style is a matter of taste, so we try to give an honest, non judgemental description of each product. (Sometimes our enthusiasm gets in the way of our objective.)
3. Bulbs are generally a matter of choice. We recommend the ones which seem most appropriate to us.
4. Most bulb manufacturers recommend using a maximum 60W for up-lights and 40 watts for down-lights.
5. Most images offer a zoom facility. Use it to examine the detail of your chosen product.
6. If you are uncertain e-mail us your questions.
7. Remember, Home of Lighting products are only available on this website, so if you find a site offering to match our price, they are not selling you the same quality product.
